Vegan Snack Time!

If your family is anything like ours, your kids need to eat every couple hours. They help themselves to the fruit bar you see in the photo here, but for more substantial snacks they check in with us. Depending on the meals planned for the day, we'll choose snacks that fill any nutrient gaps. To help you make good choices for your family, you'll find detailed nutritional information at the bottom of all Your Vegan Family recipes. 

We try to keep home made vegan kid snacks on hand, but sometimes they disappear faster than we can make them! (Find some of our favorite recipes below.) Favorites include Vegan Mini Vegetable Souffles, Vegan Ginger Cookies, Vegan Savory Scones, and Easy High Protein Nut-Free Granola

The Vegan Snack Pantry

When we need to grab a snack pack as we head out the door we also add items in our snack pantry. Our regular stock includes: seasoned almonds, dried mango, apples, pears, cranberries, apricots and raisins, granola bars, Primal Strip, fruit/veggie strips, crackers and dip.
