An emerging sciences called nutritional psychology and psychobiology are revealing that the foods you eat determine the microbiome (bacterial colonies) in your gut. Now listen up, because this is the key you may be missing: your microbiome has a HUGE influence on your mental-emotional health. 

For some people, no matter how hard they try to feel better, their physical health will not let them. They MUST improve their diet and digestion to grow a healthy gut biome BEFORE they will feel better.
